Very clean and looked just like the pictures. The little area by the pond is fun with paddle boats, paddle boards, a couple of restaurants, nice little path to walk around the pond and some games laid out (badminton, cornhole, etc...).

There is no map provided. You have to go to a strip mall and find an envelope with your name on it. Then you just have an address, but multiple buildings have that address.No air conditioning provided. Dirty klennex in the coffee table drawer. You have to haul your trash out and that ocation isn't clearly marked either. Overall, a pain in the butt, even though the place was decent. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

We’re sorry you found the arrival process frustrating. We provide written directions and a Google Maps link to help guests find the property. Guests are always welcome to reach out to our team if they need assistance and we are happy to help. Since the building doesn’t have a front desk, keycards must be picked up at a separate location as required by the HOA. There is also signage around the property to help guests find their room. Air conditioning isn’t available at this property, which is common in this area. Temperatures during your stay stayed below 70°F during the day and dropped into the 40s at night, and fans are provided for guest comfort. Trash disposal instructions are included in the guidebook sent before arrival, and the dumpster is right next to the building. We apologize for the dirty tissue found in the coffee table drawer. That should have been caught during cleaning, and we’ll address it with our housekeeping team to help prevent it from happening again. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Place was nice. 5 min to keystone. Great location. Only problem I had was that they wanted 15/hr to check in early when the place was ready.

Lovely place to spend a few days in quiet. We wanted someplace to rest . . . with a view. The weather (not under the host's control) shifted from sun to clouds to blustery snow and back again, so the view out of the window was ever-changing. The condo itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. And, while we didn't take advantage of all of the outdoor possibilities (weather, and wrong season), I can see how it would be wonderful in the peak seasons.

I enjoyed my stay here for a conference. It was right across the street from the conference center, and I loved being able to look out over the lake.

Perfect stay

We really loved this place! It was the perfect spot to relax after long days on the mountain! We loved the pool house and it was great that this is right on the keystone bus line!
