Relax and watch nature with views of the salt marsh in the master bedroom. The home offers french doors leading to a nice side deck for outdoor entertaining and relaxing on your vacation. Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, central air conditioning and smart tvs in Master bedroom and living room.

Nice updates and unbeatably convenient to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior has some nice recent updates to the main living space and kitchen which gives the space and nice open feeling. Central air and strong wifi signal were a big plus. The view of the sunset from the deck, over the pond, without the obstructions that some of the other nearby rental properties have, is a great background for outdoor dining. We hope to stay here again next year.

Perfect beach vacation

The house is clean, bright and airy. It is larger than the pictures would indicate, especially the living room. There was a continual breeze so we never used the a/c. The location is ideal - a short walk to West Dennis Beach and Old Wharf/Lower County restaurants. The sea marsh views from the deck were peaceful - that is what sold me on this house. The private beach at the end of the street - 2-minute walk (max) is beautiful as is the small Town beach next door which is also accessible. All in all, we had a great week!
