Large private suite approximately with 900+ square feet. Within walking distance of Elk Lake and Mattick’s Farm. Hardwood throughout, cable TV, smart TV, induction hot plate, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room available in the main house with keypad entry access. Separate bedroom with desk and ample floor space, separate sitting room, living room and kitchen. Brand new bathroom, free parking and private key entry entrance. Situated on a four-acre hobby farm with an amazing view, patio space and a few friendly sheep and chickens to visit.

An amazing place to stay. Our host Carol was wonderful and we'd recommend it 100 percent. It was a lot more than we expected and although it is out in the rural area, it is still easily accessible to all Victoria amenities. It was well worth our stay.

This suite is absolutely beautiful! Spacious yet cozy and complete with everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts such as the coffee and sparkling water they provided. The place is also very dog friendly and we really appreciated the blankets, treats and other helpful supplies! We loved the area as well and enjoyed walks at Elk Lake and on the Lochside trail to the Cordova Bay beach. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book here again!

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean accomodation in a quiet location close to Mattick Farm Market in Cordova Bay. Carol, the proprietor, is a lovely person and a great communicator. Picturesque 20 -25 minute drive into Victoria and very accessible from Hwy 17. I would happily stay at the Adderly Grange again

This is the place for anyone who wants to escape the city crowds. Very nice unit and amazing host. We would love to stay at Carol’s place if we ever visited Victoria again. Close to the awesome Butchart Gardens, a must see attraction.

Idyllic setting close to everything

My Mom and I stayed here because we had a family gathering to attend on Salt Spring Island. It was a perfect location for us - close to the ferry, close to great farmer markets and a tranquil and cozy retreat!Carol, the host, is amazing, and we had everything we needed! Thanks for the great stay!

This location was quiet and felt like a countryside retreat, but still 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite was spotless and well-maintained!

Beautiful and peaceful place

We had excellent service, great communications d thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a bonus to watch the sheep in the fields. This is a great place, super clean, quiet and the hosts were super. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful getaway

The location of this property really makes you feel like you are getting away from it all. The hosts were warm done and welcoming.We had an issue with something and it was addressed right away.They suggested places to visit which turned out to be lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed at this accommodation for the Victoria Ironman 70.3 and the location could not be better! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the race start so there was no need to stress about coordinating the shuttles.Carol and Trevor are the hosts and they are beyond friendly and wonderful people to get to know. They also respect your privacy if you are looking for a quiet retreat.Will be staying here again!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Carol is a super host, making sure everything I needed was available to me. The space was so charming with the rustic warmth of woods & big comfy couches. Bed was very comfortable as well. The property grounds were so charming with the farm animals wondering the pasture & ever so peacefully quiet. The fenced in dog run was very much appreciated & enjoyed by my pooch. Will definitely be back ! Thanks Carol, Trevor & Gunner

It was very relaxing and offers a beautifully landscaped property and comfy suite on a hectic weekend and would definitely stay there again as hosts were very friendly and attentive to offering needs to our family that was meeting other family from across country for our fathers celebration ceremony. Oh and lets not forget their wonderful doorman Gunner who likes to walk you to your door and is more than willing to show you around; all he asks is a couple pats and a little conversation.
