This secluded four-bedroom home at the end of a dead-end road is an ideal retreat for your Wellfleet vacation. The home is nicely situated on a lovely lot to take advantage of the surrounding, ever-changing tidal marsh views.

The open kitchen, dining and living area has cathedral ceilings and plenty of light. This home is nicely appointed and decorated with mid century modern flair. The living room has a flat screen television with cable and comfortable seating. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances is a delight for foodies. A slider off the dining area open to a deck with dining table and gas grill--the perfect place for your morning coffee or a barbecue. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with a queen bed. There are also two full bathrooms on the first floor, both with tiled showers with glass doors.

The lower level has two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with one full bed and one twin bed. There is another full bathroom with tiled shower on this level. A door on the lower level opens to a small patio.

There are ductless split unit air-conditioners in the kitchen and in the four bedrooms. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and an expansive lawn leading to the tidal marsh.

Enjoy a friendly ping-pong match in the garage. Ping-pong table in one bay, other bay available to tenants for storing bikes, kayaks, etc. Not available to park vehicle.

Comforts include air conditioning, cable, WIFI, washer/dryer, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Burton Baker Beach and other Indian Neck Beaches on the bay side are a little over a mile away. National Seashore beaches and Wellfleet's fresh ponds are only a short drive way as are shopping and dining in Wellfleet center and the bustling town pier.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
