Enter a bright and open main living area with exposed beams. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace (not for guest use). One of the two sliders leads to the deck. The other leads to a wonderful screen porch with a table, chairs and sectional. A second slider leads from the screen porch to the deck.

The well-equipped kitchen has high-end stainless appliances and a large island with counter seating. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a large dining table and skylight. There is a half bath with conveniently located washer and dryer on this floor.

The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private door to the deck. The spacious ensuite bathroom has an oversized, custom tile shower and double sink.

The second floor has a roomy family room with comfortable sitting area, game table and foosball. There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and a crib. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower.

The home's two other bedrooms are in the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with trundle (two twins), flat screen TV, slider and ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and exterior door.

There are ductless split unit air conditioners in the living room, the first floor primary, the second floor family room, second floor bedroom and both lower level bedrooms.

The deck with access from the screen porch, living room and primary bedroom has a table and chairs, lounger and gas grill. There is an enclosed outdoor shower under the deck. The garage is not for tenant use.

The property less than a ten-minute walk to Duck Pond. Less than a ten-minute drive to Cahoon Hollow Beach. Ten-minute drive to Wellfleet center and town pier for incredible dining, shopping and galleries. Close to all the best of Wellfleet including live entertainment, the weekly farmers market, golf, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
