Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and we regret the frustration caused by the maintenance and communication issues you described. We understand how upsetting it must have been to experience repeated fire alarms, plumbing concerns, and other maintenance-related issues, especially while traveling with children. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the laundry noise, Wi-Fi, and the water dripping from the balcony. As Elliott Beach Rentals manages the rental of the condominium, while certain building systems and common areas are maintained by the resort's maintenance team, we understand that this distinction does not lessen the impact on your vacation. We regret that your concerns were not resolved as quickly as they should have been and apologize for the delay in response. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
