Each reservation is subject to the following fees, not included in the nightly rate:
-Refundable deposit: $320
-One-time cleaning fee: $125
-Check-in fee: $50 (Included in cleaning fee)
-Key fob fee: $30 (Applies for every two adults over 14yrs of age)
--Parking pass fees available by the week. Parking rates for covered and uncovered areas are as follows:
-1 week: $75
-2 weeks: $100
-3 weeks: $125
-4 weeks (1 month): $150
** Valet service is additional**

-24/7 Concierge
-24/7 Valet Service (Additional Cost)
-24/7 Gym access
-Self-parking (covered and uncovered)
-Enclosed pool area
-Direct beach access from beach area
-Restaurant and mini mart available in the sister building next door (The Tides @ 3901)

Guest access
Guests are able to access all areas of the building, though only the unit will be private. All common areas (pool, beach, garage, gym, restaurant, etc. are shared with other occupants in the building)

Please note that all Check-ins after 8pm will incur a $50 fee.
