Nice place, beautiful view, easy check in, full kitchen. Overall very clean, bright living room, amazing view from the 14th floor. Good area, private beach, pool, gym. Nice host, very friendly. Will recommend. Will come back. Thank you!

Excellent location with spectacular ocean views

Our room had excellent ocean views from the balcony and bedroom. The pool was very clean and orderly. Easy access to the beach.I tried the gym and the equipment is awesome.Our host Alec was excellent with communication and ensured that everything went smoothly during our stay.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful visit. Tides was a wonderful place to stay and our house was fantastic. He was quick to respond, accommodating and so helpful. The unit could use some upgrades (new bed and upgraded televisions) but we had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay.

Great beach side apartment. Only negatives would be Bed mattress was too soft for our taste, and balcony chairs were rusty and wobbly.

Nice apartment and spectacular view.

I recently stayed in a stunning apartment in Hallandale Beach, and I have to say, it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment cozy and inviting.From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary stuff, including high-quality utensils, which made cooking a breeze. Birthday trip

The apartment was clean, well located and had a beautiful view for the sunrise. The only thing I didn’t like was going to the next building to get the key fob and wrist bands. Other than that, great experience!

Plumbing, couch and balcony chairs were in poor shape. Bedroom window was broken and taped up.

The online picture of the condo must have been taken years ago. Aside from the floor tiles everything else needed to be updated.

Great place to stay right on the beach!

Very nice. Balcony was an awesome view. Bed was amazingly comfortable. If i had to nit pick, i would say my wife wished for better soap since we only had our carry on items. Great little food spot/cafe in the resort. Gas station very close. Walmart near by. Excellent stay and met our needs very well!

Amazing stay!!

This was by far one of the best vacations I’ve had. The price was surprisingly reasonable and the condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the view was absolutely stunning! Alec was so sweet and accommodating. There’s a little cafe downstairs that’s makes a mean passion fruit smoothie💕I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Alec for everything! I truly enjoyed my stay

Long weekend at The Tides

The location is ideal. Oceanfront property with plenty of retail options in the neighborhood. Alec was an available and a communicative host - that was certainly appreciated! The building and property were both very secure and we felt safe the entire time. The 2 digs against this property was a broken bedroom window and ants proliferating in the kitchen. Neither was huge deal but I do feel obligated to call those things out if I’m committing to writing a review. The good thing is that both situations are correctable and I anticipate that future reviews will not cite these two things.

Birthday Celebration

This condo/apartment was absolutely lovely!!! The place was very clean and well managed! The view from the balcony was beautiful and provided for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the beach each day. The pool area was really nice as well and the private beach access was a total plus! The beach chairs and umbrella were also great to have on hand. Alec was an awesome host and ensured that our was stay was better than we planned. We look forward to booking this place again for our next stay in South Beach!
