OCEAN PROMENADE is a spacious air-conditioned apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the first line on the Promenade des Anglais with a south facing terrace benefiting from a breathtaking view of the sea.



The decoration is classic. The beautiful materials such as wood and marble are accompanied by beautiful objects of decoration. The armchairs and the leather sofa bring refinement.

First, the host was prompt with responses to all questions. Detailed instructions were provided which we referenced throughout our stay. The view is spectacular. Great to watch sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. Stores are in close proximity just a few blocks away. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. Clean and well cared for apartment in great location.

Fantastic apartment with lovely views

We spent a lovely 10 days in the Ocean Promenade apartment. The location is excellent- on the Promenade des Anglais, across from the beach, close to a supermarket and a metro stop. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and suited our families needs perfectly. Unfortunately the A/C broke down on the first night of our stay. Even though it was Saturday -once contacted staff from Nestor and Jeeves came immediately to repair it. Their service was fantastic. Perhaps the owner would consider having some cushions/ beach mats for the beach available for guests to use if they wish.

L’emplacement face à la mer. La grandeur et la clarté de l’appartement L’excellent service de l’agence La proximité des transports et des commerces L’équipement pour cuisiner Opter pour une décoration plus joyeuse et colorée, surtout pour les cadres et tableaux . Enlever les tapis. Avant chaque location, laver les couvertures qui servent de couvre-lit. Auraient été appréciés : des coussins pour les chaises de la cuisine, des serviettes de bain moins usées.

Meget fin udlejning via bureau nestor og reeves. God service ved de mangler lejligheden havde Vi vil foreslå badeværelser ses igennem Vandsystemet i bruser var uden termostat så pludselig meget varmt vand så koldt Det store badeværelse lugtede under hele opholdet af kloak Lejlighed trængte til renovering fx gik HFI anlæg når ovn og blot 1 kogeblus blev tændt Beliggenhed fejlede intet Direkte til promenaden og havet med stenstrand og dejligt vand En kærlig hånd på lejligheden vil hjælpe meget
