This welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath garden level apartment offers visitors convenient access to all the city has to offer. Housed in a historic Charleston single home built in the late 1800s, the apartment is steps from the city’s best shops and restaurants and is easily walkable to MUSC and the College of Charleston.
Spread out on your private patio. No shared surfaces and spaces, a lovely patio and free parking.
The Space:
Measuring just under 800 square feet, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms each featuring premium bedding and its own full bathroom with shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors. An outdoor sitting area on the porch offers visitors another space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.
One complimentary parking space conveniently located directly across the street. Additional parking available at $20/day.

The Neighborhood:
Cannonborough-Elliotborough is a super hip, historic and vibrant neighbhorhood right next to Upper King Street. It has a great mix of residential and commercial spaces such as restaurants, boutiques and more. The location is both quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Upper King.
Getting Around:
Most people walk or uber, although some rent bikes or take a pedicab. It's a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach.

We are a family owned and operated business and care very much for our guests experience. We are available to help with recommendations and planning.
