Perfect for up to 4 adults, this cozy one-bedroom apartment is upstairs in a classic duplex, offering vintage charm with modern comforts. Enjoy the tranquility of Old Town while being a short walk from downtown attractions. Friendly pets are welcome with an additional cleaning charge. Relax in the large shared backyard. Experience the best of Grand Haven at Eagle's Nest!

Relax or explore in the historic Old Town neighborhood of Grand Haven. Just minutes from the vibrant downtown area, Eagle's Nest provides easy access to local attractions, including the scenic boardwalk, sandy beaches, and historic lighthouses. With charming shops, eateries, and entertainment options nearby, you'll have everything you need for a quiet getaway.
Accommodation:
Featuring one bedroom and one small bathroom, our cozy retreat is perfect for a couple, and can accommodate up to four adults. Despite its older charm, the interior is lovingly maintained and offers cozy amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note there is a significant stairway leading upstairs. Also, as others have mentioned, the doorway to the bedroom is quite short compared to today's standards. Watch your head!

At one point we called 'Ruby's Retreat' (the downstairs unit) home for several years. Once we moved away from the area, we had to share the location and allow others to experience this quiet corner of old town.

Most of Grand Haven can be quite busy in the summer months. This area is a perfect little corner of old town that keeps you away from the busy downtown area, but is still close enough to walk anywhere you'd like.
