Great for a family getaway. Fenced yard for dog and plenty of quiet streets to walk your dog. Only a few blocks from the beach.

You’ll need to bring your own beach gear. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown so that’s super nice. Best meal of the stay was at the Bounty.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! It was very nice, clean, and spacious! We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog. The walk to the beach was very nice and it’s a quick walk to the shops and restaurants! We would definitely stay at this house again if we visit Folly in the future!

perfect location.

Great location close to everything on the island, but still quiet and secluded feeling. Well kept house. amenities and everything in good condition. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we needed

Perfect location for a month-long stay. Very close to Center St and quick walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space and the property was much larger than I was expecting and felt very private. Coupled with a quiet street it was an overall very pleasant visit.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay with 2 adults, a senior grandparent and a toddler. The house was comfortable, and the front yard is beautifully landscaped and private. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the view every evening! It was ideal for our family to have 2 of the bedrooms downstairs so some family members could go to sleep earlier and not be bothered by others staying up later. The best feature of all was the excellent location! We could easily walk to the beach and all the restaurants! We had an absolutely great time and definitely would love to stay here again!
