This was our second visit to Wingina, and we are already planning our visit for next summer (if not sooner). The property is perfect to just “get away” - the scenery is gorgeous, the accommodations are perfect, and the pool was a hit with the grandchildren. The hosts are beyond gracious and easy to work with … you won’t be disappointed !!!

I’m an older single traveler and I was looking to enjoy the pool, the scenery, and an opportunity to kick back and do some reading. This property was absolutely perfect for that! The cottage was exactly as described, with everything you would need for a very relaxing stay in a bucolic spot - plus a great pool! Also on the expansive and beautiful property are a number of rescue dogs - sweet-tempered, beautiful and healthy, and very much loved. It was my hope - and my choice - to interact with them, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this property both for individuals and for families. I hope and plan to come again!

Peaceful Getaway

Brian and Heidi were wonderful hosts. Our family enjoyed the occasional visit from their dogs. The pool was amazing! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed to have a great weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful, secluded and the most charming cottage for any taste. Very clean cozy cottage, wonderfully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you will need. Perched on a hill top with great landscape views. Brian and Heidi were very helpful and hands on but also very respectful of your privacy. The bed was like a cloud and the furniture is very comfortable. The whole experience was outstanding and the pool was such a bonus. Looking forward to our next visit there.

We just wanted to send a quick note to say how absolutely wonderful our recent trip was! Honestly, it was made truly special thanks to your incredible hospitality.From the moment we stepped through the door, Brian made us feel so incredibly welcome and totally at ease. It felt like you were always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we could possibly need and then some. Your thoughtful suggestions really helped us get the most out of our time, and the genuine care you showed made us feel more like visiting friends than just guests.And wow, the scenery! The natural beauty surrounding us was simply breathtaking. Waking up to those amazing panoramic views each day was pure magic, and just being in such a peaceful, beautiful environment was exactly what we needed to unwind and explore. It was the perfect spot to just chill out and take everything in.The dogs were just icing on the cake for us! We enjoyed our Cottage mate Levi during our stay. His dog friends made occasional visits as well. They are the sweetest dogs we have ever met. Seriously, the combination of your fantastic hospitality and that stunning natural backdrop created an experience we'll truly cherish and definitely won't forget. Thanks again for everything!

Had a beautiful and restful few days at "The Cottage." The full property is very private and the salt water pool made it feel like an oasis. There were lots of pool rafts to use which made the pool even better. The full property is very well maintained and the cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and cozy. Has everything you need for grilling and chilling but also some fun on site activites. Wonderful stay and many thanks to our hosts and their cool dogs! The host Brian was very friendly and easy going. Thank you again for the card and flowers. We will be back!
