Recently renovated inside and out, this home is perfect for families, friends and couples seeking a relaxing retreat or a base to explore the stunning Fleurieu Peninsula and the renowned McLaren Vale wine region. Once you get here we think you will want to linger a little bit longer!

Sleep in Style
Beachwood comfortably hosts up to six guests across three beautifully styled bedrooms:
- Two Queen rooms with plush new mattresses for dreamy sleep.
- One functional Triple Bunk room (Double + Single) perfect for kids or friends.

Each room is bathed in natural light, fitted with blinds for restful nights, and cooled by ceiling fans for warm summer days.

Cook, Dine & Unwind
Our brand-new kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a spacious stone island bench with modern appliances for effortless cooking and entertaining. Flowing into the open-plan living and dining area, you’ll find:
- A cozy modular couch for movie nights or lazy afternoons
- A generous dining table with seating for eight
- Sheer curtains and blinds for light control and privacy

You will stay comfortable year-round with a split-system air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in every bedroom.

Outdoor Bliss
Step outside to your private oasis to find a large deck perfect for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or morning coffee and croissant. In summer months we set up a stylish Coco Republic umbrella for shade and elegance.

The Weber Q Family BBQ is great for sizzling summer feasts and the hot outdoor shower is ideal for after beach swims or for a refreshing open-air rinse.

We have two lush lawn areas where kids can run free.

Thoughtful Touches
Our bathroom features a sleek frameless walk-in shower, floating vanity, and luxurious Appelles toiletries. A separate WC adds convenience, and the laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and wall-mounted drying rack.
