The studio is small but perfectly laid out to make the most of the space:

- A kitchen area (divided into two sections) with everything you need for cooking: fridge, microwave, hob with extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary utensils.

- A lounge/dining area comprising two pouffes, two chairs and a table (visible in the photos) – to be unfolded when the bed is raised.

- A sleeping area: the fold-down bed is lowered for the night and is very comfortable. It features a 140cm mattress.
A smart TV (without channels) with Netflix (unfortunately, you’ll need to use your own account, due to Netflix’s new policy) can be viewed from the bed or the sitting area. It’s also possible to stream directly from your computer to the TV.

There is also a large shower, as well as a separate toilet.

The flat was completely refurbished in June 2021.

The flat has fibre-optic broadband.

Please note that there are no proper wardrobes in the flat (apart from those for storing cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils) – the flat isn’t really suited to large suitcases! However, you can hang your clothes on hangers and place them on the racks next to the bed.

You have access to the entire studio.

You can enjoy the courtyard in front, as long as your respect the neighbours.

The flat is very accessible by public transport, the nearest metro station is Strasbourg Saint-Denis (Lines 4 8, 9) - less than 1 minute away on foot. There's also Reamur Sebastopol (Lines 3, 4) just 4 mins away. From these stations, you can go to almost anywhere in Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is around 40 minutes drive from the flat.

The studio is located on the ground floor.

The bed is a murphy bed: at night, you will take it down to sleep, and during the day you can put it up, to enjoy the living room, and set up the table and chairs.

The flat is tiny (10square meters) but well appointed and organised.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
