A cozy older studio in the heart of the Rue de Montmartre. If you have difficulty walking up stairs, especially with luggage, I would advise against this studio because it’s on the fifth floor of a spiral staircase. For us it worked just fine because the touring location and dining options were excellent. By the way, to us the coolest cafe in Paris is Immersion just a couple doors away. Beautifully presented breakfasts and excellent espressos, etc.

Location was great with bistros etc in great supply. What was a bummer for me was the studio was on the 5th floor and I had to climb 86 steps on a spiral staircase. No elevators and no backdoor in case of fire. Not a secure feeling!

Great, little apartment. It's a 6-story walk up. (Fun way to end the day.) It's in a fantastic area surrounded by restaurants, cafes and stores. It's also a quick walk to the Louvre and the rest of the tourist side. Hot water works great, bed is comfortable enough, fridge can hold wine, there are glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. There's even a little washing machine. Communication with the landlord was easy, no issues getting in or anything. It's a great little apartment in a fantastic spot.

Excellent Location!

Fully equipped apartment, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. Closest Metro Sentier us 2 blocks away.

Small but efficient

It is a studio apartment on the 5th floor (Americans would say 6th floor), it has everything you need for a stay. It was unseasonably hot during my stay, so we bought an additional fan for the unit because there is not AC, which normally wouldn’t have been a problem. Bed is a pull out couch, which was okay for comfort. We made it work, and we enjoyed the stay.

Stay at Paris Studio atypique - Place des Victoires

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, thanks! The photos acurately descibe the place, tiny but perfect for tourists, who came to explor Paris and not spending time indoors. The flat was equipped with everything we needed. Remi, the owner was very helpful with the check-in, flexible with the time. He spoke French, but my long-forgotten, high school French was quite adequate to understand him. The location is perfect, nice neighbourhood, close to everything, as it is described. I am not an expert of pricess in Paris, it seems that everything is expensive. At the moment of my booking I checked around and this was a good price especially considering the central location. There is one thing I would like to mention, which is missing from the description: the apartment is on the 5th floor, no elevator, steep and windy staircase. It was manageable, but quite a climb. Someone with physical challenges or heavy luggages might consider it a problem.

We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we need in a tiny space. Convenient location. Hosts were very attentive and would respond to any questions right away. Would definitely stay again next Paris visit.
