This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to eight guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, private lanai with BBQ grill, and access to pristine beaches complete with provided chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The condo offers modern comforts including free WiFi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and panoramic ocean views that showcase the island's natural beauty. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this oceanfront retreat delivers the ultimate Hawaiian vacation experience with world-class amenities and unforgettable island moments. Halii Kai 13E is located in Building 13 at Halii Kai.

NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

The condo is beautiful and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 with 2 kids. The ocean views were amazing and we watched whales and mornings and evenings! The pool is a couple steps away and oceanfront with outdoor dining and a bar featuring delicious food and cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here.

This was our second time staying in this unit and both times have been great. Hali’i Kai itself is a wonderful resort, we love the restaurant and pool and the staff are truly lovely. The proximity to the beach club is a huge bonus of this unit vs others in Hali’i Kai. Overall it was clean and well stocked. We find the living room to be a little uncomfortable, but the beds are nice. Our stay was much more expensive this year than last, so I wouldn’t necessarily say it was a great “value for the money” but we enjoyed our trip very much and were really comfortable staying in this property.

Great spot

My family and I loved our stay at Haili Kai on the Big Island. Incredible view of the ocean (and the sunsets) from this unit. Also, the property is literally 100 feet from the club / pool / gym. Can't wait to go back again soon!!

Great condo location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was right next to the community pool and fronted the ocean. Very clean and quiet property.
