Camera 3 is on the mid-level deck facing the locked storage area. Camera 4 is a doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras 1 and 2 record video and sound when activated by motion. Cameras 3 and 4 record video only when activated by motion

Great place right on the beach! Make sure you bring your own water for drinking and/or bathing. Beach is clean. Low key place during the week. Really nice stay overall!

What a beachfront gem

This two-bedroom beach home was perfect! The two decks were great for relaxing, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—including a fun popcorn maker for movie nights. Clean, cozy, and just steps from the beach—we loved every minute and can’t wait to come back!

The house was lovely, with a lot of amenities and we really enjoyed it! There are games to play for rainy days and the view is amazing! We stayed right after Memorial Day weekend. The beach was full of trash. Some of the larger items were cleaned up as the week went on, but all of the smaller trash remained. We chose to drive down to Galveston to swim. Also, the water in the city of Freeport isn’t good. You’ll need to bring a lot of bottled water and be prepared to for your body and the dishes to smell like metal.

1. Online pictures were not a true reflection of the property specifically the toilet and boardwalk.2. There was no prior indication that the water supply was well water and was heavily infused with sulfur odor.3. Toilet seat had surface damages and bowl was stained.4. Overall odor of the house was musky.5. The walkway to the beach was overgrown with bushes. Contrary to online pictures. When property manager was notified she indicated that it was a GLO regulation preventing them from trimking the bushes even for the walkway as it was not elevated.

Pink Beach House Review

The pink beach house was fine for our stay. It is beach front and has a wonderful view. The AC worked well and we enjoyed having the washer and dryer. The house does not have drinkable water. The iron in the water has significantly stained the toilet, shower, and sinks and the water smells strongly of iron making it undesirable to use for showering, brushing your teeth or rinsing a dish. Also the mosquitos on the bottom deck were literally unbearable even with bug spray on. They didn’t bother us much on the top deck. The bridge to get to the beach is lower than most around and does touch the dunes underneath making it slightly uncomfortable for anyone with a fear of rattlesnakes or anything else in the dunes. This house will do if you are on a budget for your beach trip.

Clean and cute

This rental was great for our short weekend stay. The master bed was not comfortable and my husband and I have to sleep with the kids. We were glad for the space but our own space would have been nice. The extra beds were a plus. The water in this area is terrible so bring your own. There are also a few things the owner will need to fix. A few boards on the steps, a few areas of the boardwalk, steps down to the sand would have been great, and the lock box was impossible to open.terrible so bring your own.

We loved being right on the beach! The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. The mosquitos were horrible, even on the beach! Bring bug spray. Overall, we had a great time!
