Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 4-5 cars in the grass driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Drift off to sleep in one of three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom, located just off the living area, boasts a queen-size bed with a flatscreen TV for a relaxing retreat. The two bunk rooms, accessible from the dining area, offer flexible sleeping arrangements. One room features a queen-size bunk with a twin bed stacked perpendicularly on top, while the other boasts a space-saving queen-over-queen bunk with a flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with a shower completes this area.

Embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle outdoors. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the expansive, wraparound deck, planning your seaside adventures. As the sun dips below the horizon, unwind with a refreshing cocktail and watch the sky transform into a canvas of pastel pinks and oranges. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
