• Maximum 14 guests (adults and children combined)
• Only authorized guests allowed on the property
• Unauthorized guests will incur $800/person/night
No party
• Absolutely no parties or events allowed.
• Violation will result in a $3000 fine, immediate eviction, and possible police involvement.
Noise
• Normal indoor noise (talking, TV, music at reasonable volume) is permitted at any time.
• Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 9 PM to respect neighbours.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour at any time is not allowed
No smoking or vaping
• Smoking or vaping (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, chew tobacco, or any other substances) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Violation will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
Pets
• Up to two well-behaved pets allowed with prior approval; $200 pet fee per stay.
