This new home in old town Lake Hāwea provides warm and inviting accommodation, naturally surrounded by hedging and native planting to ensure privacy and shelter. This is a holiday home, so you will arrive to find it free from the clutter of everyday life.

The open-plan living area seamlessly flows out to the outdoor deck where and you can cosy up to the outdoor fire – a great spot to enjoy a Central Otago Pinot Noir after a big day on the mountains or lake. You can relax in the comfortable open plan lounge area or prepare dinner in the full size kitchen with pantry or fire up the BBQ.

Two heat pumps and a wood-burning fireplace will ensure you keep you warm during the chilly winter months.

This is a fabulous space for families or couples, with three bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to six guests and two bathrooms. Outdoors there is a large lawn area and plenty of room to park your boat on the drive. The Lake Hāwea boat ramp is just a two minute drive away.

Lake Hawea is ideally located for Cardrona, Snow Farm and Treble Cone Ski Fields drive. Wānaka is a short 15 minute drive or you may decide to hop on your bike and follow the beautiful 14km riverside bike trail from Hawea to Albert Town. Queenstown is just over 1 hour drive or you can explore the wineries of Queensberry or Bannockburn within an hour of leaving home.

This is a fabulous property to enjoy all Lake Hawea and surrounds have to offer. The new supermarket is a 2 minute walk away as is the cafe for fabulous food, coffee and takeaways. Stroll to the lake and take in the amazing views of this little piece of paradise - you won't want to leave!
