Beautiful View and great value

This condo was a great experience. The check in process was very easy, the condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great, right across the street from Giant Steps Lodge. Really enjoyed having the 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Loved the fireplace as well.

Mountain getaway

Very clean, great location It was a great Condo, accessibility needed to be explained better. It was difficult getting my senior citizen father in and out.

Great place for a sky getaway

Perfect property for a single family with kids or 2 couples. Fully stocked, clean,and spacious. Will definitely consider staying in this condo during our future trips.

Clean and convenient

Very nice, clean and convenient condo. We were able to walk to Giant Step and Wildflower. Shuttle is convenient, right outside the condo's parking. It was low 20s at night and high 30s during day time, the heaters are totally fine. Fully equipped kitchen along with clean bathrooms. Both bedrooms are nice and big. There are lots of extra blankets in the closets. My family of 5 are very happy about the condo. The long stairs are not an issue for us. Check in/out are super easy. I'd highly recommend this condo and want to stay again here again next time.

Great location and layout

Enjoyed our stay - layout was great for us and our 2 teenagers. Heaters were strange but functional. A one minute drive to the slopes! (We were lazy and did not want to walk with all our gear). Parking was full on Saturday night but we were able to park at the other part of the complex and do the short walk.

Perfect for family of 4

The location was great, the condo was clean and the sleeping arrangements were very nice. All accommodations were available, freeing us to bring food and clothes only. My lone criticism would be that the heat didn’t get above 60 degrees in the condo. The space heater was helpful.

Brian head get away

Nice little condo for a weekend get away. Comfy beds and living area. As stated in the ad, the stairs up to the property are a climb. Steep and snowy. But as long as you’re in good shape they aren’t to bad.

New Year ski trip

This rental was really comfortable and had everything needed. The beds were comfy and couches , plenty of blankets and hot water in the showers ! For kitchen appliances all worked perfectly with plenty of dishes … the fire place was easy to use with unlimited firewood just out the front door. It snowed the whole time we were there but the shuttle would pick us up and drop us off to get to the ski lodges or you could walk a cross the street to the lift ! We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for a great stay !

First time in Brian Head

Condo was perfect for our family of 5. The two bedroom and two bathroom was exactly what we needed. Heating was a little tricky - cold in some areas , super hot in others. The TV in the second bedroom never worked but we didn’t really need it. The kitchen was tight for 5 people to eat. The stairs were no joke especially the first day unloading the car. Great location and perfect for our first time.

Great Winter Spot for Family of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. House was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items, linens and extra blankets, as well as snow accessories for us to put our snowboard gear on in the evenings. Would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Cozy space, great location

The location of this property was perfect; just across the road and a short drive or walk to Giant Steps. It is well-cared for and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, mugs, pots and pans, knives, and utensils, if you want to do your own cooking. Friendly reminders around the unit are helpful without being overbearing. The building has units above and to one side, but we only heard other guests/tenants/owners a couple of times during our two-night stay, and the nights were so calm and quiet. We came for the snow and were not disappointed. This property gave us just what we needed to warm up, dry off, and go out for more fun.

Perfect Place to Stay

Its a great little place with plenty of room and a well equipped kitchen. The access to the hot tub is the only issue. You need to drive to the hot tub area because it is in a separate building. We would rent here again, just wish the hot tub was more of real option.
