The location was great the place we stayed in and the place the rest of the family stayed in they need new paint jobs in every room out place there was bad fruit in the garbage disposal so it smelled when we walked in the handle fell off of one of the showers there needs to be better pot and pans there’s not enough cups and silverware at the bigger house you need new carpet the couch is broken and the patio furniture is breaking the pool area needs to be power washed the door to the laundry needs to be fixed the air conditioning needs to be set at 68 for visitors from the north

Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not functioning. Management’s communication regarding the issue was poor, and the AC technician did not arrive at the scheduled time. The technician came the late in the afternoon on our last night, and replaced the condenser. Throughout most of the visit, the unit was extremely humid. There were no ceiling fans, so air circulation was limited to two standing fans. Sleeping was especially uncomfortable, as all three bedrooms are located upstairs, where the hot, humid air accumulated.

A casa tem bom espaço para famílias, porém nossa experiência foi prejudicada principalmente pela falta de ar-condicionado. Logo na chegada, o ar não estava funcionando; após nosso contato, um técnico realizou o reparo. Porém, nos dois últimos dias da estadia o problema voltou. Avisamos imediatamente e fomos informados de que enviariam um técnico, o que não aconteceu. Permanecemos os dois últimos dias sem ar-condicionado, em pleno verão de Orlando.Após a reserva, verificamos que existem outras avaliações relatando o mesmo problema, o que nos faz acreditar que seja uma situação recorrente.A casa também precisa de alguns reparos e maior atenção à manutenção, como porta que não fechava corretamente, secador de cabelo sem funcionar e falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha.O imóvel tem potencial, mas, considerando o valor da hospedagem, esperávamos uma manutenção melhor e uma solução efetiva para um problema tão essencial quanto o ar-condicionado.

The house was clean the heat was unbearable the air conditioning was broken the first night I have a kid with asthma that could hardly breathe in there finally the next evening someone came and fixed it but house would not get under 77 degrees we stayed 4 nights had to go buy fans the first night then the last night not even fans helped the house was horrible. But other than the heat the house was great

There are no ceiling fans in any of the rooms and the air wouldn't go below 74. 74 is to warm in a house if you have been outside in Florida all day.. Ceiling fans would help circulate the air flow.
