Overnight stay with my wife and daughter

I was surprised that we were able to find a loft this nice in Newark, Ohio. Very nice! Loved that it was above the coffee shop.

Great stay

Nice apartment right in the heart of Newark, which was great to walk to most places. Nice place but I was disappointed by no views. All windows were frosted and prevented seeing out. That aside, nice spot and recommended for short stays

Great Spot for softball tournament stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect and in close proximity to the softball tournament my daughter was playing in for the weekend. Giving four stars because there’s a very overwhelming smell of mold in the bathroom that made its way throughout the loft. Wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying again but hopefully the root cause can be fixed. I’m very allergic to mold so had to tread lightly and limit time in the shower. The property was VERY clean and we loved that all amenities were provided. Made it easy for us. The owners even had a $10 gift card to the coffee shop below the lofts waiting for us. We definitely made good use of this and had a couple additional visits to the shop for breakfast. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future.
