In this beach side home, you’ll have a full kitchenette equipped with sink, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and regular toaster, along with a coffee maker and utensils for all your meal needs. This unit offers a king bed and a full sleeper sofa, sleeping 4 comfortably. Newly redecorated, this unit also has a full bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combo.

The best part of the Luau II tower is that you’ll have the comforts of home yet have access to all the resort amenities Luau has to offer, such as the beautiful lagoon style pool. Head downstairs and marvel at the beauty of the clear water, palm trees, grotto waterfall, and tiki snack bar. The pool area has loungers, tables, and chairs for your comfort and convenience.

At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area.
