* No smoking

* Do not turn off the hot tub.

* Kindly avoid parking in front of our neighbor’s house

* An additional $300 cleaning fee will apply if signs of parties or celebrations are found.

* Business activities are not permitted during your stay.

* Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and loud music is not allowed after 9 PM.

* Dishwasher detergent is located under the cooking top cabinet. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Hand wash any utensils that don’t fit.

* Laundry detergent is provided. Place all dirty towels outside the bathroom door.

* In winter, avoid using the thermostats on ‘Heat-Only’ mode

* Cover all outdoor furniture, the grill, and the hot tub when not in use.

* Do not turn off or adjust the temperature settings on the hot tub.

* Clean the grill thoroughly after each use.

* In the game room, cover the pool table, hang the balls and cue sticks on the rack, and neatly box all games after use.

* Store all food in the refrigerator, especially during the summer months.

* Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply for any violations.

* Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.

* Pets are permitted only with prior notification and approval. Bringing pets without notification will result in a $300 fee.

* The garage has been converted into a game room, so please do not attempt to open the garage door.

* No events, parties, or large gatherings

* Please report any damages that occur during stay

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.

* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
