The living area is nicely decorated with tile flooring and updated beach contemporary furniture. A wall-hung Smart TV is great for any days you choose to relax inside this luxurious condominium. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as well.

The bedrooms are located on both sides of the living area, providing privacy to the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is beautiful with its custom-tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains two double beds and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy views of the beautiful grounds of the Barrington Court condominium complex! The beach is easily accessed by elevator or one flight of stairs, then straight out to the beach on one of two boardwalks! Palmetto Dunes amenities are nearby, such as the three championship golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and Fazio), Tennis and Pickleball center, and various restaurants.

Work Zones: This project has three waves. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Scaffolding will be present for the duration.
Noise: Noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Spaces may be limited due to equipment.
