Sunset Rentals | Continental Club 6

6 Continental Club is truly a hidden gem of South Forest Beach. This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhome is located in the small, private Continental Club community, just across the street from the Coligny Beach access.

The open floor plan features tiled flooring, a comfortable living area with sleeper sofa and Smart TV, as well as access to the private, enclosed patio. The patio is perfect for outdoor dining and catching some sun!

The dining area seats 4 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The renovated kitchen features granite counters and white appliances. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.

Up the stairs you'll find the main bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen TV and a private, covered balcony with seating for 2.

The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top, as well as an additional twin bed. This room also has a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a completely renovated bathroom with dual vanity and large, tiled walk-in shower.

Located just steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza, Continental Club offers guests a convenient location with extra privacy. The community houses just 18 townhomes, making it easy to enjoy the newly renovated community pool! Celebration Park, shops, dining, entertainment and the ocean are easily accessible with a quick walk or bike ride.

There is parking available for 1 car only in an assigned parking space. Please display the hangtag located in the property in the parked vehicle in the assigned space.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Very Nice Villa-Condo

Villa- Condo was very nice. Decorating was very good. Beds were comfy and pull out couch. Ac works very well be prepared to be xtra cool in the bathroom upstairs:) little walk to the beach but not bad. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo close to public beach and Coligny Plaza

If you're looking for a family-friendly condo close to the beach and the Coligny shops this place is perfect! Loved the kids room with the bunk AND additional bed. All 3 kids enjoyed being able to have their own space together. Communication sent by Sunset Rentals was smooth and seamless so we could prepare for our stay. Would recommend!

Need a new cleaning company

It was a nice place but quite dirty. Dishes put away with food on them, kitchen table with food on it, what appeared to be blood and boogers on the walls, drips of liquid down the beds, stains on sheets, thick dust on the air filter and grate. The street that the condo is on flooded and was up to our ankles. We couldn't get to the car without having our feet completely submerged in water. The walk to the beach was fine. The beach is nice in that area. It's nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer while on vacation. Our reviews would have been five stars if not for how dirty everything was. There should be a warning to guests about the flooding on the street, we had to get a wheelchair in and out of the car and help and disabled child so there was no avoiding it.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Please know that had we been informed of ANY of these issues, they would had been addressed immediately. We were not made aware of anything of this nature during your stay. You did contact us regarding the Cable/Wifi outage which was a provider issue and was handled pretty quickly. Our housekeeping companies welcome the opportunity to make things right and you didn't afford them the opportunity. As far as the flooding, again, we were not made aware so that we may contact the regime who's responsibility it is to maintain the grounds of the villa.

Parking was Not Convenient

Initially, we were notified that there was adequate room for 2 vehicles. When we arrived, one space was identified for the villa but there were several "guest" spaces also, as well as numerous "owner" spaces. Some other villa owner became the parking police and called the property management company 3 times. Even when we had displayed an authorized parking pass for the villa, the parking police owner called again to harass both the property management representative and us as only one car was allowed. The "parking police" owner left a nasty note on our vehicle to start the entire fiasco. This spoiled what should have been a great family get together. To be fair, Sunset Rentals was also taken by surprise by the sequence of events. When people are coming from two locations to meet for a vacation, there must be allowance for 2 vehicles. That is simply common courtesy. The self-assigned parking "policewoman" did not represent Continental Club with grace.

Unfortunately, Sunset Rentals doesn't control the parking lot/space nor those that it upon themselves to police the common areas. We do provide passes to help circumvent incidents like these from occurring and will try our best to keep circumstances like this from happening or intervene as best we can. We do hope that you will come back to stay with us in one of our many other properties. These instances are rare, but unfortunately, they happen.
