Waterfront Bliss is a newly renovated, gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with Gulf access, located in one of Cape Coral's most popular areas; The Rose Garden Area. This villa has EVERYTRHING you need for a successful vacation. Enjoy the gorgeous and spacious pool area with multiple seating and lounge areas, BBQ grill, heated pool and spa. The lanai area has perfect southeast exposure so that you can enjoy that gorgeous morning sun AND have sun ALL day as well. Rent a boat during your stay for easy access to the Florida wildlife like dolphins and manatees, and gorgeous beaches like Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island, and Boca Grande.
The Villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two separate living room areas, a dining area overlooking the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and is truly beautiful and has all the traditional light and bright Florida interior.
The layout of the villa is a split bedroom, which means you have the en-suite primary bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and the second and third bedroom on the other side of the house, along with the second bathroom to share.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a TV.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has two twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
