Modern 4 unit building in a still authentic Mexican barrio. Spacious ground floor condo (about 1200 sq ft) with a comfortably furnished patio out front and a private treed back courtyard. One master bdrm with king bed, master ensuite and A/C. One bdrm with queen bed. Both bdrms adjoin the private back courtyard. A second full bathroom. Fully equipped large kitchen including d/w, fridge stove, microwave and toaster oven. Washer and dryer. Comfortable living room and dining tables inside and out. The neighborhood features many local grocery shops, a church, a plaza, and 2 high end restaurants This is a lively safe neighborhood with lots of music, kids in the street and families that add to the Mexican ambiance. The back courtyard is a perfect place for evening candle lit dining or a sunny breakfast. The condo is located about a 10 minute walk to the main market and a 15 minute walk to Old Town where you can find a huge array of restaurants, clubs, stores, gyms etc. The beach of Los Muertos is about a 25 minute walk from the condo. The neighborhood of El Caloso borders the Rio Cuale river and the Rio Cuale Island is a 10 minute walk away. El Caloso is located between the neighborhoods of Gringo Gulch and Emiliano Zapato.
