Hi Taylor, we’re glad to hear the home was tidy and well-stocked, though we're sorry some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to clarify the following:– The listing photos accurately show that the backyard is fully fenced, while the front yard is not. We provide regular ground coffee and chocolate for the Keurig, though individual pods aren't supplied.– We offered a noon check-in—three hours earlier than standard—after a same-day guest departure at 10:00 AM. Our cleaner completed the service promptly, and we did a walkthrough, but didn’t see any pests. Regular pest control is already in place as a preventative measure. The grill is located away from the main house and may have been missed during turnover, but we’ll make sure it’s checked and cleaned going forward.– Furniture comfort can vary by preference, but the listing photos accurately show the furnishings so guests can decide if the setup works for them before booking.The homeowner is committed to creating a welcoming and well-prepared space.
