Welcome to our 1920s historic bungalow in the heart of Tampa! Thoughtfully updated for comfort and style, our home combines vintage charm with modern amenities—making it the perfect base for families, couples, remote work, or medical travelers visiting the area.

Our neighborhood is one of Tampa’s older, authentic communities with a local, urban feel—“so Tampa.” It’s not a polished suburb, but it’s convenient, welcoming, and full of character. Like any city area, we recommend normal common sense (lock your car, be mindful at night). Many of our guests find it safe, friendly, and a true taste of Tampa life.

The house was gorgeous in a nice quiet area, it felt secluded and quiet even though it was actually so close to so many things, including Busch Gardens. Didn't bring my dog this time, but definitely will next time as I would absolutely stay here again the next time I need to stay in Tampa.

The property was everything plus more. Great location, quite neighborhood and the host were very helpful and responsive. We loved the style of the home and it was equipped with all that we needed. We had a pet and she loved it too! Will rent again. Highly recommended

My group of friends loved this home! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt homey and there wasn't a lot of outside noise. This was a perfect "home base" for us during a very busy wedding weekend. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to book!

Great stay at a great house

Beautiful, Luxurious, and Comfortable

When we arrived, we were stunned at how beautiful and clean the home was. It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing, and the hosts really did think of anything that could be needed and had it ready and available. Checking in and out was a breeze, I cannot recommend this stay enough, and I would be so pleased if I was able to stay here again in the future. Beautiful Place with all the comforts of home

The house was everything the pictures showed and more! Very clean with everyday essentials provided. It is the perfect place to wind down after being out and about while on vacation. Move in day for USF students

We stayed at this house in June for USF orientation and rebooked it to bring our daughter up for college love the house/yard enjoyed this house very much and my puppy loves the yard. We will be back in the future!! ❤️❤️

USF Orientation

We booked the house so we could take our daughter to USF Orientation and wanted to be near by, but not stay in a hotel. It was perfect for us with our pup and family love the house closed in back yard the house was roomy and enjoyed the kitchen we cooked dinner for the family before the big college day, we even booked it again for the day we bring her back up to check into college.

Not a vacation stay

We selected this home based on the location to Moffitt Cancer Center and the ability to bring our dogs. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. I did end up needing to purchase a can opener (the 2 there were both broken) and a cutting board along with a couple of cereal bowls (only 2 were on premise). That was really no big deal but was worth noting. The outside was a different situation. There were numerous items left scattered about (bug spray containers, etc.) Also, the lawn was in desperate need to be mowed so picking up after our dogs was challenging. During the overnight hours on one of the nights there, loud music was playing for about an hour appearing to come from a street over. Overall this location was very convenient and we were grateful to have our dogs there with us during our stay for my husbands treatment.

When you stay at our 1920s historic bungalow, you’re not just booking a place to sleep—you’re stepping into a home with a story. This house has stood for nearly a century, holding onto the craftsmanship and charm of old Tampa while embracing the comforts of modern living.

One of the first things you’ll notice when you arrive are the majestic grand oak trees shading the property. They were one of the main reasons we fell in love with this home. Their wide branches and timeless presence create a sense of peace, history, and connection to nature that’s rare to find so close to the city. Sitting beneath them on the porch or looking out the window, you can feel the quiet beauty they bring to the whole experience.
