Well stocked kitchen cookware, knives and table settings. Kitchen and bathroom floors are new. However there was no detergent or soap of any kind. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Sofa and recliners on the top floor are old and need replacement. Left recliner leans to the left and may tip out someone heavy. Hard wster or mold stains inside the bath tub enclosure doors and one sink.

The house was clean and spacious, location was fantastic with an easy walk to the beach. The communication with the owner was easy and open. We’ll definitely keep it as a favorite for future family trips.

Clean, well appointed house a very short walk from the beach with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed all of the beach gear and toys in the store room. Emerald City is a very pleasant town without the traffic and over development of some coastal areas

A Great Stay

We had a great time. It was perfect for our family of nine. The view from the dining area is wonderful! It was a very clean and neatly decorated house. Hope to be able to go back again sometime.

Great location and beach - Emerald Isle

Property in a great location with ocean view and very close to path to the beach. Enjoyed time on the deck looking at the stars and sunrise. The owner was kind to let us in early due to a cancelation. Much appreciated! House is showing its wear with rugs that can benefit from a cleaning or replacement. Also, walls ready to be painted. It is end of season so perhaps a little tired by a Sept. rental. We enjoyed out stay! Beach was beautiful, broad and uncrowded!

Very Relaxing Stay

The home was lovely, very clean. The view of the ocean was awesome. Very close to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Great experience start to finish!

Perfect for extended family vacation

This house is perfect for extended family vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils and spices, which was nice. The game room was a huge plus for us. The adults could visit and catch up upstairs while the kids played games and watched movies in the game room. The utility closet had an assortment of sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach cart. The beach access really is close!! The location and views are wonderful. The owner communicated very clearly and always responded quickly. I highly recommend the property!!

Great Week, Great Location.

Our family enjoyed our time at this rental. The location is fantastic, 30 second walk to the beach, great views from the upper deck of the ocean. The game room was a nice bonus for the kids to play in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. This is a great rental property!

Love the view

John was quick to get back to me for anything that we needed. The view is spectacular! Love sitting out to the deck to watch the sunrise and just look at the ocean. The walk to the beach was a 2 minute walk which was nice. My family loved it!❤❤ I would diffinitly come back.

Amazing location!

We loved this house. It is our second year here and you just can't beat the location. It is such an easy walk to the beach (the house is in a cul de sac so there was never a concern about cars) and the third story deck off the main room has a decent view of the ocean, which we appreciated. Kitchen was clean (could use some new non-stick pans though) and the beds were good. John was super helpful and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The beach itself has amazing waves, great sand and was never crowded. This is a great house for a very reasonable price and seriously, the location is as good as it gets without paying at least twice as much to only be a few steps closer.

Family Home

This was an excellence beach house for our grandchildren (ages 2-8) and adults (ages 37-70). We enjoyed both outdoor decks and being one row back from beach front worked well for us as the walk to the beach was short - 5 minutes at most. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and mugs to easily accommodate the 11 of us. We were especially pleased to find many sharp knives for food prep and a Foosball Table! The outdoor shower and indoor washer /dryer were very useful. We strongly recommend this house.

Excellent week at Emerald Isle

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and it couldn’t have been better. Great house, great weather and easy access to all the needs to make for a great week. House was very well stocked with everything needed and more and in great shape, kids loved the downstairs playroom and the 3rd floor deck was great for dinner and drinks! Easy walk to the beach and great outdoor shower to clean up after a day on the beach.

Amazing property a stones throw from the beach!

My family recently stayed at Time and Tide East and it was an outstanding experience. The house was picture perfect with all the amenities that you could ask for. John was a pleasure to deal with and was always very responsive to my texts and e-mails. The location was amazing. We loved relaxing on the top deck and enjoying the view and sounds of the beach. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We had an incredibly relaxing vacation and will definitely stay at this lovely home again!

Great house, great location!

We loved the house. The location is wonderful with great ocean views, great porches, and quick beach access right across the street. House had all the amenities my family needed. Owner was very easy to communicate with-friendly and available. We definitely plan to return in the future!

Great beach vacay

Great location situated right across the street from the beach with gorgeous views. Plenty of space for our extended family and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely book again!
