Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $170.75 With written permission only. Maximum of 1 dog. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The booking Person must be at least 25 or older.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Perfect family stay!

Our family group of 15 from ages 22-85 all had a great time. There were so many things to do at the house that we didn’t even consider an outing. The kitchen was well equipped. We had Walmart deliver groceries and enjoyed cooking all of our meals. Having 2 refrigerators in the main kitchens plus another in the guest house wonderful. There was an abundance of comfortable seating inside and out. The view is beautiful. We plan to come back.

Excellent Home

This home didn't disappoint. We come to LBJ every year with our entire family. This home had it all. Very large covered porch and great circle driveway. Would defiantly stay here again.

Gorgeous, relaxing, perfect

This house has the most gorgeous pool set up! The infinity pool makes you feel like you're floating on the edge of the lake. The living area is spacious, with plenty of TVs and games (pool table, card table, shuffleboard, board games) to keep everyone occupied. The outdoor living spaces are stellar, with plenty of room for lounging, dining, a fire pit, more TVs... and the views are insane. Plenty of bedrooms for 4 families. Don't wait -- just book it!

Peaceful Spring Break at The Lake

We had an incredible stay with Horseshoe Bay in Kingsland! This was our first time visiting this area of Texas, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The natural beauty, especially the stunning lakefront views, made for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.The home itself was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From plenty of towels and bedding to a fully equipped kitchen, every detail was taken care of. The cleanliness and upkeep of the house were also impressive, which made our stay even more comfortable.One of the main reasons we chose this home was its large backyard, covered patio, and amazing pool. We did opt to heat the pool, but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the heater was broken and the necessary replacement part wouldn’t be available until after our stay. This was definitely disappointing, especially for our guests traveling from a much colder climate who were looking forward to enjoying the heated pool.That being said, the Horseshoe Bay management team handled the situation exceptionally well. A special shoutout to Amanda, who went above and beyond with her communication and dedication, even working after hours to find solutions for us. Her efforts were truly appreciated!Despite the pool issue, we had an amazing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. We would absolutely stay at a Horseshoe Bay property again in the future and look forward to returning!
