Accurate description. Beautiful home! Sea Scape staff phenomenal, caring and so responsive. Well maintained, clean a.d had ample supplies!! Would HIGHLY recommend. Great price as well

The house rented is great size for 20 people and a perfect location with beach access right across the street. While the home is spacious enough to accommodate a large group, several maintenance and listing inaccuracies made our stay challenging. Refrigerator Issues: Upon arrival, we discovered the main refrigerator was broken. When we texted, we were informed a part was ordered and wouldn't arrive until mid-week. The replacement provided was much smaller, had no ice maker, and could not properly accommodate the food needed for our group of 20. Had we been notified in advance, we could have planned our meals accordingly.Pest Control: Ant traps were already set out on the kitchen counters at check-in, and ants continued to be an issue. When I texted the rental company, I was told they "do leave ant traps out to get ahead of the ants." The problem persisted until we purchased and put out a different brand of traps ourselves.Pool Maintenance: The pool was not clean upon our arrival. Fortunately, pool maintenance did come to service it on Sunday.Missing Amenities: The property listing stated that both bath towels and beach towels were provided. We only found out after arriving that the owners actually do not provide beach towels.
