This property is tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. We love being so close to the beach without paying beach side prices. With the pool and bay access so handy you can't go wrong staying in the Rookery properties. The added bonus of seeing the alligator and turtles in the pond is pretty special too. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was accommodating for all 9 of us. Plenty of dishes, privacy, outside equipment for the beach, etc.. This was our 2nd year staying here, and we will stay again!

Most excellent time at you, me and the sea

Awesome time at you me and the sea. the site was clean, modern and well maintained. no issues with any appliance or equipment. bedding was clean comfortable inviting a well rested night. technology, such as internet, tv and tv equipment is 10/10 as it was college football kick off weekend and our access to sports channels exceeded expectations as well as internet speed when unfortunately, work/employer did find us and needed an immediate assist that required files to be exchanged so it was all good!!! will stay again and use the same property!!

Thanks so much, Greg! We’re thrilled to hear you had a great stay at You, Me and the Sea. It’s fantastic to know you found the site clean, modern, and well-maintained, and that the bedding provided a comfortable and inviting rest. We’re delighted that the technology, including internet and TV access, exceeded your expectations, especially during college football kickoff weekend. It’s great to hear that the internet speed was reliable for your work needs as well. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Close to beach

The house and home amenities were nice and clean. All the houses are extremely close together. Other vacationers loud, music blaring all hours of the night, hollering, People cussing their children and so on. Definitely won’t stay in the Rookery community it’s self again. But the house it’s self was nice. Will be back to Gulf shores but never again staying at the Rookery.
