Thanks for your feedback, Joseph. We are located in a safe and friendly neighborhood and we feel that these things are most important. We also spend a lot of time, money, and effort to keep our home at a high standard. We hire a professional cleaning company that brings their own equipment and vacuums the carpet in between guests. The one you saw inside the garage is a working vacuum. As we review the conversation we had, we noticed that the things you mentioned in your review were not reported to us. As a host, we always attend to our guests' concerns and needs. We wish your have reported these issues during your stay so we could have sent over our team to check and fix these things for you. Nevertheless, we have made several improvements to our home and we hope we can host you again next time so we can improve your first impression.

We hire a professional cleaning company that is usually good at their job. We have addressed the issue to them and they promised to clean the whole home and the outside area thoroughly before our guest checks in. Also, we strictly do not allow smoking cigarettes. more so, of marijuana, inside our home. We immediately contacted the previous guest about this issue and made them pay for violating our house rule. We would like to assure you that we are located in a nice and friendly neighborhood. We have also made some improvements in our home. We sincerely hope we can host your family again next time so we can correct your first impression. Cheers!
