This new-to-rental 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor of the Indigo Tower, offering the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Ideal for those who prefer a lower-level stay, this condo provides easy access—skip the elevator if you’d like and walk right in from the 3rd-floor parking deck or walk up a few flight of stairs. Inside, you'll find a beautifully furnished space with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a private balcony to soak in the coastal breeze. - Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments

- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Comfort on the Ocean

Booked this unit for our annual golf trip. We like the upscale environment of the hotel. Staff is very friendly check in and check out with my trip was easy, although it didn’t quite fit in with our timeline. It would have helped to have clear instructions regarding the lock boxes if the office was closed. The accommodations were top-notch. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

One of best place to stay in North Myrtle Beach Entire resort is top notch Building entrance , pools , bar and easy access to the beach Unit was on 3 Rd floor with ocean and pool view Clean and comfortable for family of 5 . This was great trip. Thank You .

Terrible experience. Check in process was ok and we were able to get in a little early. However, within minutes of walking around barefoot our feet were covered in so much dirt that our feet were black. The rooms were clearly not cleaned, huge issue with a 9 month old infant crawling on yhe floor. Further more, trying to communicate with the owner was terrible. They refused to communicate other than text and finally sent a cleaner the followong day who showed up late. The cleaner hardly cleaned and only did a quick once over in the livimg room, never cleaning the bedrooms or bathrooms. This was the worst experience and I would never recommended iTrip and any of their rental properties.

We’re disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the situation or the level of responsiveness provided during your stay. Within minutes of you raising a concern about the floors, we responded and offered to send our cleaning team back the same day. You declined that option and instead requested a late afternoon visit, which was not feasible due to scheduling constraints. As an alternative, we arranged for the cleaners to return first thing the following morning—the earliest available time. While we understand that timing may not have been your preference, we provided prompt, reasonable solutions at every step. It’s also worth noting that our team does not operate with on-demand, hotel-style staffing, but we still made every effort to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Regarding communication, all messages were responded to promptly and directly by ownership. Text communication is our standard practice to ensure efficiency and clear documentation for guests. Additionally, we had already extended multiple courtesies prior to and during your stay, including an early check-in and a discretionary discount related to potential building maintenance. We take cleanliness concerns seriously and acted immediately to address yours. However, the portrayal of this as a “worst experience” does not align with the facts or the efforts made to resolve the issue.

Condo was as described except the balcony. It was not clean and to much random furniture. The couch in the living space was not comfortable. The bed in the master creaked and squeak.

We had a wonderful time. The location is amazing. A few steps to the beach and a short drive to Barefoot Landing and other restaurants. The condo was as described. Very clean and kitchen was pretty well stocked. The only complaint I had was that you were not allowed to bring your own snacks/drinks into the pool area and are forced to purchase from them. Not just alcohol.. we were turned away with our coffees. Kind of a bummer as their drinks are very expensive and the food was not good. The actual condo was amazing and I'd rent it again!

Loved the ptoperty. Room was big and decorated really nice. However. the floor was not clean and the sheets looked like they had not beem changed. Flat sheet could be larger for the king size bed. Amenities were great in the room. Parking lot facility is not good for large vehicles. Lots of smaller vehicles in the over size lot. Had to park in loading/unloading lot. and move vehicle each morning by 7 am.

Lack Luster

Typically, we stay in higher end or more upscale places. This condo was just okay. The owner really went cheap with paper goods, cookery, and the worst stove. It was just not what we expected. No trash shoot. The TVs were without apps for streaming and we were left with substandard and antiquated cable. No basic kitchen supplies. Bring your own pillows!!

I would like to respectfully clarify a few points so that future guests have an accurate understanding of our property and what is provided: This condo is located in the most popular resort in the area—known for its beautiful grounds, top-tier amenities, and exceptional location. We outline in both the pre-arrival information and the welcome book what is provided and what guests should bring to ensure their comfort. This includes kitchen items which we specifically call out. If you needed kitchen items replaced due to wear & tear, a quick text to our maintenance team would have resulted in them dropping those items off. We can't fix what we don't know about. There is a trash chute on each floor, and this is noted in the welcome materials. The key was also provided in the condo as described in the check-in instructions. We do not advertise smart TVs or streaming services. The televisions offer standard cable service, which is consistent with what is advertised. Understandably, personal preferences on items like pillows can vary widely, which is why we also remind guests in advance that if they have particular preferences, they are welcome to bring their own. We strive to provide a beautiful, comfortable experience for our guests, and we take great care to communicate clearly what to expect. It is unfortunate that this guest seems to have overlooked much of the information we provided both before and during their stay.

Great Place!!!

We have stayed at this particular resort many times, but we have always booked through the resort. This was our first time booking through Itrip. Our two bedroom tower unit was clean, beautiful and in great condition. This unit is in the tower with the parking garage and is at level three of the parking garage which made this very convenient, no need to use an elevator. If you park on the third level. Our check-in experience through Itrip was pretty easy. The place where you check in is literally only about 1 mile or less from this particular resort. Walked in, signed a piece of paper. They gave me my packet and I was gone….literally did not take more than one minute, also mind you there was no one else there checking in at the time. Also, if you were leaving early when checking out, they have a dropbox right outside their place you put everything back in your packet and drop it in the dropbox….very easy. There are pros and cons booking through both Itrip and the resort. We would definitely use Itrip again in the future, especially if booking at this particular resort due to its proximity of the check-in office to the resort.

Unit was nice but cleaning crew not so great

Iwhile the overall stay at the condo was great, our first night was not so much. The resort itself we love. It’s our second year in a row but first year going directly through itrip. The condo itself, had it not been for the missteps by the cleaning crew, would’ve been perfect. We loved being on the 3rd floor, so fast to get to amenities, parking and beach. Condo had everything we needed. The downside was on the first night upon arrival, which was very late at night, our condo front door was propped open, lights were on and at first we thought someone was in there. We have small children so this was a bit worrisome at first. My husband went in to check it out and in the entryway there was a luggage cart full of dirty things and alcohol. The cleaning crew must’ve left the door open and the cart and forgot about it. Also we found food in the kitchen. And our feet were black within an hour of arrival because the floors were so dirty. We contacted iTrip and they just said to contact the number for cleaning. They apologized and offered to come clean but I didn’t feel comfortable having them in our condo once we were in. So I cleaned the floor the best I could and dealt with it. We wore shoes inside the whole time because of this. It was just kind of forgotten about, iTrip never really reached out to me to see if everything was okay or offer anything. I most likely won’t be going through iTrip again. If this condo is privately owned I feel bad for the owners because the condo itself is beautiful but they need to hire new management. Giving the condo 4 stars simply because I don’t want to hurt the private owner’s business because it’s not their fault.
