Located in Sunshine Beach & a 5-minute drive to Noosa Heads, this casual beach house, is ideal for families and looking for space. Our quirky house, an original 70’s Sunshine Beach shack is not perfect and has a few imperfections but we love it. It is able to accommodate 6 guests, is close to beaches, national parks & public transport; you will love this place because of the location, the neighbourhood and the proximity to local restaurants, bars & cafes.

Having holidayed in the areas for 25 years it was a no brainer to invest in the areas. Sunshine beach is a chilled beachfront village perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.
Wherever you stay it is a short walk to a great range of restaurants, cafes, hip bars and takeaways. Sunshine Beach is the start of a 15km stretch of open beaches with surf breaks and plenty of white sand, perfect for long walks or even a bike ride.
Based at the southern side of the Noosa National Park headland, about a 5-minute drive from Noosa Heads – you can even walk around the headland from Noosa
Heads to Sunshine Beach (about 2.5 hours) - for stunning coastal views.

A Sunshine Beach original eclectic beach décor with high ceilings, exposed beams and plenty of natural light, take a 5 minute stroll and you are at Duke St restaurant district or swim at a fully patrolled beach.
There is a main house which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms whilst the separate studio is a 2nd living space, with full bathroom. A full size kitchen, with every appliance imaginable, is part of the open plan living that includes a dining area and large lounge. A great deck with BBQ and a terrace with outdoor dining for 8 is also ideal for eating outdoors on summer days.
In the main house, the 3 upstairs bedrooms include a king size master bedroom which has a balcony and a small modern bathroom, the main family bathroom and full size laundry are on the ground floor. There are also 1 under cover car park and plenty of street parking. Please note, this house is not really suitable for small children as there are lots of open steps throughout.
