We had a fabulous stay in Bulli! Ned was so friendly and very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early due to our triathlon schedule. The studio was perfect - everything you need during your stay, great location, and darling decor!!

Very comfortable, lovely studio. Great location with easy access to beaches, the escarpment and all that the Illawarra has to offer. And you won’t find a better host than Ned! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I’m a retired builder that enjoys living and surfing by the coast at the foothills of this beautiful escarpment. The existing cottage was part a local pub that was transported to its now resting place in the late fifties. I purchased the property around 2015 and restored the cottage before adding a modern extension. Entering the empty nesting phase of life ive downsized the building to create a modern studio space.
