IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Minimum Age Requirement:
The booking guest must be 25 years or older and occupy the property for the duration of the stay.
Peak Season Monthly Bookings:
Reservations from December through March must be booked for full calendar months unless approved in advance.
Pet Friendly:
Up to two well-behaved dogs weighing 50 lbs. or less are welcome with a $10/night pet fee per pet. Following booking, guests will receive information regarding the required BetterPet Passport registration process.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays of 28 nights or longer, periodic cleaning may be required and billed separately.
Dockage Disclaimer:
Guests are responsible for confirming their vessel can safely navigate local waters and fit within the available dockage prior to booking.
Additional Notes:
As with all Florida Keys properties, guests may encounter local wildlife, insects, nearby construction activity, and other conditions common to a tropical island environment.
Security Cameras:
Two exterior security cameras are installed for property security. Cameras monitor exterior entry and parking areas only and do not monitor any private interior or outdoor living spaces.
