Discover the charm of Keys-y Livin, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom canal front home nestled in Cudjoe Key. Built in 2016, this spacious retreat boasts 2,548 sq ft of living space, modern amenities like a gourmet kitchen with all kitchen essentials, air conditioning, and high-speed internet, plus a new heated pool and dock. All necessary vacation amenities provided - linens, bath and pool towels, kitchen necessities, appliances, etc. With 2 floors of living space (3 bedrooms on middle level and master suite on top level), this home is perfect for families or bigger groups looking for room to soak in the perfect vacation. Enjoy breathtaking views from 1,370 sq ft of balcony space. A 30-foot dock with cleats allows for up to a 25' boat (canal is narrow!). Plenty of parking is available for boat trailers as well. Kayaks, paddleboards, and 2 bikes are provided for added fun! Perfect for those seeking a serene Florida Keys lifestyle with all the comforts of home.

Cudjoe Key is a very relaxed island full of locals who are more year-round owners. The location is fantastic being only 20 minutes from Key West! For boating, the island is easy to get to from both the Gulf Side and Atlantic.

The size of this house in the Keys is unique. 2 living spaces, 4 bedrooms and 4 bath make it ideal for larger families or groups of couples looking for a little room to spread out on their vacation. A pool is a must for us to cool off in the hot Florida sun; and the canal is great for those with a bay boat who want to spend some time fishing. This place has it all!
