The villa features a spacious bedroom with a plush king-size bed, a pull-out sofa for additional guests, and a full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with crisp white finishes and everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the open living space creates a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home.

Step outside to your private balcony and enjoy peaceful views of the waterway and surrounding green space, the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing after a day exploring the island. Located in the desirable South Beach area, guests are just a short distance from the beach and have easy access to world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, and outdoor activities. Perfect place for a perfect getaway

easy checkin, past south beach next to lands end can't be beaten for being quiet. Beach access across the street. Would recommend furnishing shampoo and liquid body wash at this price point as well as coffee pods

We were very impressed with the recent renovations in the unit and found it very comfortable. We enjoyed the Mid-century modern decor as it seemed very appropriate for the beach. The kitchen is also well stocked.

Incredible Stay For A Couple!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here, and will absolutely stay again! The condo was so clean, organized, and comfortable! The location was perfect for us, it’s basically directly across from the beach access and the parking was so easy to get into and out of (we have a pretty big truck and experienced no issues). The communication between us and Island Rentals leading up to and during our stay was so easy too. We didn’t feel like we had to chase information like we have with other rentals. I’d give this place an easy 10/10!! The only two suggestions I’ll leave here are bring a little fan if that’s something you’re use to as there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom, and bring your own toilet paper 😊 They provide some, but we chose to grab something better.

Great updated unit that was pristine. Loved the setting with the deer coming to the balcony and the dolphins in the water! We would visit again!
