Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this updated first-floor villa, just steps from the beach! Our cozy retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunk beds perfect for children. Relax in the living room with a smart TV, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind on the private balcony while taking in the ocean views.

One feature guests especially appreciate is the central air conditioning, a sought-after upgrade that provides consistent comfort throughout the villa.

For your beach days, we provide two beach chairs, a beach wagon, and two beach bikes to help you explore everything Hilton Head has to offer.

Seaside Villas is a gated oceanfront community within easy walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, where you'll find fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and family-friendly activities. World-class golf courses, scenic bike paths, and many of Hilton Head's best attractions are just a short drive or bike ride away.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location and only a few steps from the beach. It also was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The host Peter was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolute best value for this location, can't get any closer to the beach! Having a beach wagon and chairs included was a nice plus. Laundry room is just 2 doors down the hall. Host was unbelievably fast with responses to questions before and during our stay

Perfect stay, perfect location

This was a perfect for stay for my wife and I and our 9 month old. Location is perfect, right on the beach. Host was great, very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Will absolutely stay again.

Great stay for our 20th anniversary! Check in and out were super easy. Host was very responsive to a couple of questions and let us know that the place was ready to check in as soon as we arrived to HHI. Excellent location to the beach! We also used the bikes to ride to breakfast each morning.

Cozy (AKA small) but functional, great location

Great location, property right on the beach. Had a couple issues (TV and linen) but owner was quickly responsive to help resolve. Would stay again.

Very clean, very quiet. Everything was as described in the listing. Beach lounge chairs and beach toys for kids if desired. We walked down to the shopping area and Tiki bar in the evenings for live music every night. Nearby grocery store was very convenient.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I wish would had been available was an umbrella. Some of those days on the beach were unbearable without shade. There are umbrellas available to rent but it gets expensive and if you’re flying in, you can’t bring your own. No fault there- I know you can’t offer everything. Other than that, I was sooo happy to have a place that had acceptable cookware, as we always make our own breakfast. This is the first place that had pans where food didn’t stick to them! The location was perfect, allowing us to go back and forth to the beach as needed. Having the bikes was a HUGE bonus. It was very nice to be able to bike around and visit places without always trying to find a parking spot!

We had a great stay! This villa is in a fantastic location. It's close to the beach, the park, and Coligny! We loved morning walks on the beach - which was only steps away. Highly recommend this villa for a couple or family with small children! The unit was very clean. The host was communicative and accommodating!
