Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this stunning beachfront retreat in Palmetto Dunes offers the perfect combination of coastal comfort, resort-style amenities, and unbeatable ocean access. With direct beach access via the community walkway, guests can easily spend their days soaking up the sun, strolling the shoreline, or enjoying the many outdoor activities Hilton Head Island is known for. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with two double beds, and a convenient pull-out sofa in the living area.

Filled with natural light, the open and inviting interior creates the ideal setting for a relaxing beach getaway. The private balcony offers beautiful views of the lush grounds and sparkling ocean, making it the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach. Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, Smart TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

The community amenities make this Palmetto Dunes vacation even more memorable, featuring a large oceanfront pool, community grills, and easy access to world-class golf, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, and scenic bike trails. To help guests make the most of their stay, the villa also includes 4 complimentary adult bikes and 4 backpack beach chairs. This room was updated, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Had an amazing ocean view and quick access to the beach and pool. One thing impressive was the elevators went down but on checkout day they had attendants there to help pack luggage as needed! We will definitely be back to this amazing condo!!

Construction during our stay created multiple issues, none of which were created by this particular unit. The photos represent the condo EXACTLY as is with one major improvement. The master bath tub and shower has been replaced with a walk-in shower. SUPER nice!This property is exceptionally well-maintained and our issues were addressed quickly by the property manager. An “exceptional” rating was marred by the fact that we were not informed of the months-long construction before our stay and we experienced multiple disruptions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year we have stayed at this location and we love how close it is to the beach. It's always very clean and is spacious enough that we don't feel like our family of 5 is on top of each other. We would absolutely recommend this location to friends or family. It's super close to all of our favorite locatiosn on the island -- minutes from Shelter Cove for fireworks and tons of nearby restaurants (we disocvered Nosh NY Bagels this year and now have a new fav bagel joint). We stayed for 2 weeks are planning to do the same next year! Our only small issue this year was that the dishwasher stopped working at the start of our second week (we totally get it, stuff breaks). Our one small gripe was just that, while the management company was quick to respond and schedule people to come out to try and fix the issue, they were not great about closing the loop as far as communication goes. We received very little follow-up after several repair people came out unless we called back, so it made it hard to know if the issue was fixed or if someone was going to need to come back out again. I'm sure they're very busy, but it would have been nice to receive a quick message or call saying that the issue was resolved (or not) so that we knew what the plan was.

It appears that we had been in communication with you various times throughout your stay and that you expressed your appreciation for our communication. I do understand that you wanted a late checkout, however we cannot guarantee those as this is now prime season and your unit was scheduled for a turnover that day. I hope this does not dissuade you from renting with us again!

Nice end of summer escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice .... it was clean ..... you get a small view of the ocean looking towards the right. The grounds were kept up very nice. Only BIG complaint was every morning at 8AM the blower would start up and last until about 9AM. Just the wrong time to do this ... I wanted to sit on the deck and have my coffee ... never could with constant loud noise. Not fault of the owner, just bad decision by the HOA board to do so early bothering all folks there daily. Had to sit inside until after 9AM. I think it's time for the carpeting to be changed, near the end of its life, pretty dirty from normal rental use.Overall, a great time. Bikes were a good plus too.

Traveled with our two young kids and it was the perfect place. We were able to fit a pack n play in the master comfortably. Comfortable couches and beds. Easy walk to the beach.
