Located just a short distance from SHARC and the lively Sunriver Village, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shops, bike paths, and year-round activities while enjoying the quiet charm of the woods. This home also comes with 8 SHARC Passes for fun in the sun!

First timers

This was our families first time staying in Sunriver and it was fantastic! House is a great location! Nearby/walkable to the sharc, village and Ft. Rock Park. Surrounding was quiet and off the path of trails so felt private. Fully stocked with all needed items, very clean. Although dog friendly, did not smell or appear that animals had previously been here, was very comfortable and accommodating for our 2 dogs. Gated deck was nice to have for them. Will absolutely be back and would 100% stay in this house again!

Large family stay

The home is very conveniently located to the SHARC. It is less than a mile walk along lovely paved trail. We did not have room to bring 7 bikes so it would have been nice to have a few to use at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had adequate supplies but not 7 towel sets. I don't want to share a wash cloth with my kids. There were only 6 SHARC passes when we arrived which caused us delay in reaching property manager and arranging for another pass to be at the pool center for us. The furniture (other than the couch in the sunken area) was very worn and needs to be replaced. There are way too many novelty pieces covering every available surface in the bedrooms so that you can't put any of your personal things there. It is also hard to keep kids from touching everything. The lighting in the entire place was very dim. I immediately have to find plugs for every lamp and (with my flashlight) turn them on even during the day. The outdoor cushions were all ripped and the table was coming apart. Hot tub needs to be serviced as it never had full bubbles. Thankfully my kids just wanted to play in it. Overall, it was a functional home but not the level of decor or lighting/finishes I would expect for thousands of dollars I paid.
