North Pacific Beach Retreat!

This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.

This place is great! It was very nice and clean, in a convenient but quiet location, and the hosts have thought of everything to make it a great stay. We travel to San Diego a lot to see my parents and this is the best rental we have stayed in. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Summer’s house! Thank you for welcoming us into your home. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by a lively community full of shops and restaurants. The house is super clean, beautifully decorated, and the books on display were really fun to flip through. Summer even left us some snacks and a handwritten card, which was such a sweet touch. Thanks for setting everything up so thoughtfully!

We had a wonderful stay at Summer and Carlos’ place. It’s a beautiful apartment and they made us feel very welcome with a gift basket, a book of recommendations, bodyboard and beach toy loans. The location is fantastic just a 10min walk to beach with lots of cafes and shops nearby too. We’d love to go back sometime.

Summer was PHENOMENAL about communications, and so welcoming and friendly! The location is perfect—close to lots of restaurants and the beach/pier, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the space. Enjoy! :)

Great Space with Everything We Needed

We had a great stay at this comfortable and well-equipped condo. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect Pacific Beach base camp

Great location, great accommodations! We needed to extend our stay for an extra day and the owner was extremely accommodating and responded promptly to all our requests. This is our second time here and we’ll be back again!

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at Summer's rental! Check-in was easy and we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket of treats (which came in handy as we were starving!) It was situated in a quiet residential area and we were never bothered by any noise despite our being there while St Patrick's Day's festivities were going on. We were within walking distance or a short drive to great cafes, restaurants and beaches. The comfortable bedrooms and spacious common areas were perfect for our family of 3 to relax in. We never had the pleasure of meeting Summer directly but she was a pleasure to communicate with via text. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!
