North Pacific Beach Retreat!

This beachy modern guest house is a dream! Two bedrooms with queen beds and pull out sofa in the living room. Light and bright with ocean breezes. Walk just three blocks to the beach. You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.

Pacific Beach

Great location, great accommodations! We needed to extend our stay for an extra day and the owner was extremely accommodating and responded promptly to all our requests. This is our second time here and we’ll be back again!

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at Summer's rental! Check-in was easy and we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket of treats (which came in handy as we were starving!) It was situated in a quiet residential area and we were never bothered by any noise despite our being there while St Patrick's Day's festivities were going on. We were within walking distance or a short drive to great cafes, restaurants and beaches. The comfortable bedrooms and spacious common areas were perfect for our family of 3 to relax in. We never had the pleasure of meeting Summer directly but she was a pleasure to communicate with via text. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Family time at the perfect spot!

Perfect stay while visiting family

Wonderful place and location. Able to walk easily to so many places. Home is very wellStocked and had everything needed. Wonderful host who was always easily reached through messaging. Would definitely stay again!

Best girls weekend!

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The property is immaculate and adorable! The location could not be better. We walked just about everywhere we went! The surrounding neighborhood is quaint, yet lively and has so much to offer! Summer was a phenomenal host and had everything we could have ever needed!

Great stay in Pacific Beach

This property was a quick walk to the beach, and super clean with all the amenities of home, including a well supplied kitchen. Summer was easy to work with, responsive and friendly and ensuring we had everything we need for our week in PB. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Getsway

We loved this spot. Close to all and very quiet. Great beach vibe. Big kitchen and living space. Great bedrooms. And the owner answered any and all questions immediately. Will come again. From Oregon for our sons wedding!!!

Delightful in every way

The accommodations were bright, clean, and comfortable with a beachfront vibe. We walked to the beach and restaurants for dinner. (The recommendations provided by the owner in the guidebook were wonderful.) The neighborhood felt safe and checking in and out was simple. The house was stocked with a few snacks when we arrived and coffee. The owner was kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay in San Diego

We loved the cleanliness of the home, and the modern furnishings. Lucy was a terrific host, prompt communicator , friendly and gracious. When she learned we would like to have a blender to make smoothies for breakfast everyone, she had someone bring one over. Amazing.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful, clean, modern property in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and coffee shop. This home had everything we needed and the property owner was quick to respond to a couple of questions. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful, Clean Property in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the North Pacific Beach Retreat! We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood where we could easily walk to beach. The unit was beautifully decorated and very, very clean; can't ask for more than that! Owner, Summer, quickly responded to any questions and was very friendly. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. This was one of the best VRBO's I've ever booked! Thanks for everything, Summer!

San Diego Trip

Great location/great stay. Beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect for taking a quick drive to Catalina, La Jolla and surrounding beaches. Enjoyed a great dinner a local Italian spot property is so nice, quiet and well appointed. Thank you Summer for helping us when we arrived to figure out parking and for the yummy snacks. We had a great stay and would do it again.

Great spacious, clean, and well appointed rental. Had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation by the beach. Centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, downtown PB and the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Getaway….

This location was exactly what we were looking for. Central to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shops, or we rented bikes for the day to get around! Host was easy to reach when we needed recommendations. Would definitely stay again or recommend to friends!
