The condo was very clean and easy to access. Great location on the property and the parking was easy to access and close to the condo. The AC was a great bonus, the weather is so great, but it helps if you like AC. Great night views into the courtyard and pool area with the lights and sounds of the ocean. We will stay again.

Honestly this booking exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean, decorated, and had nice furniture and comfortable bed. The space is very functional and they even have accessories for the beach. The beach is a very short walk from the condo and the property is gorgeous. Not to mention it is located right next to the Oceanside harbor that has shopping and great food and a 5 min drive from downtown Oceanside where they have an outdoor night market and well everything. Plus easy access to the 5 Hwy to get to other locations for tourist.

Great location

We loved the location, easy to go to close by theme parks. Our kids loved having the beach and pool so close. Both the harbor and the pier were nice walking spots. Our only complaints: the mattress in the bedroom could use an upgrade - we woke up with sore backs, frying pan was warped so difficult to cook food and pull out sofa was missing springs so difficult to put back in. Owners were quick to offer an air mattress if we preferred. They were easy to contact and responded promptly. We had a great trip and our kids definitely are going to miss the ocean!

Just like home

When we read the reviews about this property we were skeptical. Many touted the property “felt like Hawai’i” with it’s landscaping and layout. We live in Maui full time and despite pictures, didn’t believe this would be the case... however once we landed and made it to the property at about 1am, we were pleasantly surprised. It felt more like home than we thought possible. The grounds are clean, manicured and full of mature trees and foliage. It’s extremely well planned out with nearly every condo catching view of the ocean or harbor, and the “boardwalk” pier style walkways through the grounds are beautiful; weaving through fish and duck ponds with foot washing stations and showers conveniently located next to the many beach access gates. And the beach was perfect. Right on the water. We were blessed to have swell for the duration of our stay and there were at least five peaks I could count directly in front of the complex. Can’t beat that. Even the parking structure was immaculate. When we pulled in, all I could think about was how badly I wanted to skate on the perfectly clean and polished concrete. The security staff on site were kind and helpful and made checkin a breeze, and no one ever bothered us. We have stayed in Oceanside before, but I can promise we will never stay anywhere else again. The rest of Oceanside feels like a desert compared to this property. Our unit itself was clean, and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need to enjoy a 9 days stay away from home. Thank you for an amazing stay. We didn’t come for vacation, but rather an intensive learning workshop for my kids, but between sessions it felt as if we were on a relaxing trip. We will for sure be back. Mahalo nui loa.

Had a great stay-cation with family! Super close to the beach and harbor. Worked perfect for my family. We have a small child so the ac in the bedroom was a huge plus for us! The property felt like a resort and was beautiful. Would Definitely recommend.
