We have processed the refund of your $1,500 security deposit back to the credit card on file. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. We have also emailed you twice regarding this matter and provided photos for your reference. Following your departure, it was reported that a pet or pets may have been in the home during your stay. This particular property is not pet friendly. While we have decided to refund your security deposit in full and will not be pursuing any additional charges, we did want to ensure you were aware of what was reported. We take both guest feedback and the care of our homeowners’ properties seriously and hold ourselves to high standards when maintaining and managing our homes.
