The home was fine, super cute

The stay was fine, the home was beautiful, and in a nice neighborhood close to all of the destinations we needed for the weekend. However my Linen package was not delivered as promised, and we went the first night and morning without towels or bedsheets. I needed to drive to the rental office (in Bethany, when I was in Fenwick), through Costal Highway, during 4th of July weekend. Traffic Hilarity Ensued.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful home, the amenities offered by the Mallard Lakes community, and the convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We sincerely apologize that the linen package was not delivered as promised. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’ve addressed this with our management company to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back to our home in the future.”
